BridgebillTwo-screening programme desk

Two nights.
One new audience.

Find a familiar first night and a reason for a new community to come back. Compare cultural taste, keep the films you want, and take a working budget into the booking conversation.

A fixed shelf of 12 films. Real Qloo cultural signals. Two independently ticketed nights, with attendance scenarios supplied by you.

Who could join your regulars?

Your example cinema audience likes Amélie, Cinema Paradiso and The Grand Budapest Hotel.

Keep either screening below to make it a fixed starting point. Suggestions preserve your dates, costs and attendance inputs.

Ranks are relative to this shelf; affinity is Qloo’s returned cultural score. Attendance remains a separate venue input. The book preset contains White Teeth and Norwegian Wood. Both reviewed editions of Mrs Dalloway were ignored by Qloo Insights, so that book is omitted.

Try a different bridge: choose Inside Llewyn Davis for screening 1, keep it, then compare the book club with the record shop.

Start with the fictional venue below, then add your own figures. The £93 / 35% fees are illustrative; request a quotation for each selected film.

How the numbers work

Receipts = attendance × ticket price. The licence is the greater of the minimum fee and the box-office percentage, rounded half-up to the nearest penny. Surplus is receipts less the licence and other fixed costs. Break-even is the first whole ticket count with a surplus of zero or more.

Enter a single ticket price and a minimum-or-percentage quotation. Use the same tax and receipts basis throughout. Add compulsory delivery, copy, KDM and other fixed charges to the event costs. Each screening is calculated separately, including its minimum fee.

The example fee structure comes from Filmbankmedia’s public tariff, checked 14 October 2026. The sourced film shelf uses several distributors. Each film’s actual licence, edition, date, territory, rounding and tax terms come from its distributor.

Qloo ranks the same reviewed 12-film shelf for cinema regulars and your selected partner preset. The programme assistant selects the highest-ranked familiar entrance, then the highest-ranked different partner choice, respecting your locks. A NVIDIA Nemotron model turns those tool results and booking states into an editable-action draft. The default film pair can stay the same when the partner changes; the evidence table shows what changed. Read the research and source list.
