01 / THE CURRENT HOLDER

One card reaches Alex.

Carry the recall and a model note to the new owner. They check the actual product label and start their own journal.

02 / THE CONNECTED AGENT

The screen keeps up.

An actual agent chooses MCP tools. The same open case updates as the reported steps are saved and the official request is prepared.

03 / THE SAVED RETURN

Pick up where care paused.

A fresh agent conversation retrieves the case when the replacement arrives. Alex records the final fitting step.

Sources and recording notes

This Alexa+ concept uses real US CPSC recall 25-247, with source-linked manufacturer guidance. The video contains actual browser recordings, a phone-sized recipient preview, and two independent MCP agent conversations. Waiting is edited for pace; the narration is synthesized.

Sam, Alex, the demonstration label, SAMPLE-ACK and reported physical actions are sample inputs. The “few days later” return is a scenario time jump. Tool annotations follow the recorded calls. The local MCP trial shares one server-side case; the public companion saves a separate browser-local case. The actual request is completed on the manufacturer’s website.
