One instruction turns a crashed robot into a successful delivery. Forkline is a remix studio for Twitch: change one step, replay both futures, and see exactly when they split. A viewer starts with the command on screen: exclamation mark fix, zero, one, W.

Here is that repair as a local preview. I select original zero, step one, and replace Forward with Wait. Blue and coral run on the same clock. Blue hits the closed gate on beat three; coral arrives on beat four, crosses, and delivers on beat seven.

The first split lights up at beat one. Scrubbing keeps both runs synchronized, so the audience can trace the result back to a single decision. Now I enter a real Twitch channel and press Listen. The live counter shows ordinary messages arriving through Twitch's native connection.

The remix actions in this recording are local previews. On the third challenge, Rae fixes the turn, then Sol continues Rae's version and fixes the timing. Those names are fictional example credits. Both contributions stay visible in the parent-and-author trail.

Copy a replay link to reopen that whole trail, or copy the OBS URL for a clean stream stage. Viewers use their existing Twitch login. The studio listens as a read-only guest, credits explicit fix commands using Twitch identity tags, and counts each message ID once.

Codex built the deterministic engine, original maps, SVG studio, and Twitch adapter during this hackathon. Here is the actual build thread: a browser check exposed a same-tab replay bug; Codex added the hash-change handler and the check passed. The session ID and source are public. Open Forkline, listen to your channel, and make one change.
